Lovejoy's Story

A second chance can change everything.

As an infant, Lovejoy struggled to survive. He needed extraordinary care.

Because caring people stepped forward, he got the help he needed. Today, Lovejoy is thriving.

But perhaps the most remarkable part of his story happened next.

For a long time, his brother Finn was afraid to venture into the outdoor habitat.

Then Lovejoy led the way.

Recently, Finn followed.

The young siamang who once needed so much help was now helping his brother find courage.
